“I am writing to highly recommend Zolve and their exceptional project management services. Over the last 3 years Longridge contracting has had the pleasure of working alongside Zolve on the Wilding Conifer Control Programme and the Wallaby Control Programme, these are both complex projects that required meticulous planning, innovative problem-solving, and seamless execution.
Zolve's project management team demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication throughout our engagement on projects. They consistently delivered on time without compromising on the quality of the work. Their ability to effectively communicate, manage resources, and adapt to changing project needs was truly impressive.
One of the key strengths of Zolve is their holistic approach to project management. They not only focus on the technical and logistical aspects but also place a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. This approach ensures that all parties involved are informed, aligned, and motivated to achieve the project goals.
Furthermore, Zolve facilitated a collaborative environment that fostered creativity and innovation. Their commitment to continuous improvement and best practices was evident in every phase of the project. They are always open to contractor feedback and have a great rapport with the crews on the ground.
In conclusion, Longridge Contracting sees Zolve as an invaluable asset to any organization looking to achieve excellence in project management. I have no doubt that they will continue to exceed expectations and drive successful outcomes in any future endeavours.”

“Zac Robinson is the Owner and Director of Zolve Environmental Consulting Ltd.
Zac and his team provide services to Port Blakely in Environmental Project Management.
Some of the key projects his company is involved with at Port Blakely include our Long-tailed Bat Management program in Raincliff Forest which involves stakeholder engagement across public and government agencies. He has also recently established a 10 Ha Wetland restoration project on the Geraldine to Fairlie highway on land owned by Port Blakely Ltd. Consultation with the community was at the forefront of this project to ensure species and planting design was carried out to an agreed plan. We have other key projects currently in the strategy design phase which Zac's is collaborating with us on.
Zac is a very capable professional. He will challenge the norms within groups and lead groups to design strategy for better environmental outcomes in the community. Port Blakely have no hesitation in recommending Zolve EC Ltd as a competent contractor/consultant for any project management.”

“Mainland Vector Contracting Ltd was established in 2009 and are animal and plant pest control specialists located in the Mackenzie Basin, Canterbury. Zolve Environmental Ltd have been our Project Managers for the Wilding Conifer Control programme on behalf of Environment Canterbury for 3 years and worked alongside Zac in the wilding space for approximately 6 years. Zolve has also undertaken Health and Safety auditing as part of the National Wallaby Programme, administered on behalf of Biosecurity NZ and Environment Canterbury.
During this time, MVC’s experience has been positive and constructive due to their contractor relations, communication and trust. Zolve value our experience and practical knowledge in the field. They are professional, but relatable and have a keen interest in the environment.
Zolve have worked hard on contractor relations by regularly communicating, always being available on the end of the phone no matter what time of the day and listening to our thoughts and perspective. This has created a culture that we feel we can approach them with any issue, no matter the scale. We believe our relationship is two way, rather than a top down management approach which we have experienced with other project management companies. The benefit of this, is we are able to communicate in an effective manner and come to a solution together. We really appreciate they also talk to our supervisor and operators when onsite which also makes them feel valued and part of the larger programme.
An example of this is their approach to fire risk. On a site we are working on, we approached Zolve with some concerns around fire risk. After a discussion, we worked together to come to a solution around access tracks and resources for fire mitigation if there was a fire. This made us feel comfortable knowing we have a practical resolution and our operators were safe if there was a fire despite multiple contractors and operations being managed in the same location.
As we carryout work for private landowners and occupiers, Zolve have an exceptional reputation. Landowners often comment to us on how the Zolve Project Managers are exceptionally easy to work with, are forward thinking and solution focussed.
Mainland Vector Contracting highly recommends Zolve Environmental for the project management lead for Environment Canterbury. Their character, relatability, communication and understanding of the programme make them an effective project management team to deliver a successful wilding conifer control programme.”
